From humble beginnings in 2007, BrewDog came howling into the world on a mission to offer an alternative to the boring industrially brewed lagers and stuffy ales.
With 4 state-of-the-art breweries, over 100 bars, and hotels (dog friendly, of course), as BrewDog continues to grow across the globe, their mission to get people passionate about great craft beer persists.
What you may or may not know about Brewdog is their commitment to climate change. They believe that their carbon, is their problem and plan to mitigate this with their our own 9,308 acre forest. In 2020, with the help of lead scientific advisor, world leading expert, Professor Mike Berners-Lee, BrewDog became the world’s first carbon negative beer business to help fight climate change and we think that’s pretty cool.
If you know Brewdog, you might know about their amazing Equity for Punks Scheme. Where Brewdog fans can invest in shares and receive a multitude of benefits, from free beer and discounts at BrewDog bars, to lab sessions and a Q&A with the Brewdog team.
One thing is for sure, that Brewdog are all about community, and it doesn’t stop there. During the pandemic, BrewDog launched their Kickstart Collective to support independent hospitality businesses to get back on their feet. Benefitting from £250 worth of BrewDog beer to stock, and a guide to re-opening, it’s important for BrewDog to help keep independent operators afloat, with them making up for half of total private sector employment in the UK.
Check out BrewDog’s website to find out more about their amazing initiatives for both their customers and teams – we can’t wait to keep watching them grow as we continue to support them with their guest experience.
