Wembley 2

Wembley Stadium is a name recognised by people all over the world. It prides itself on being the home of English football, but it doesn’t just stop there – with events covering all sorts of sports, as well as some incredible music acts, Wembley Stadium is iconic in countless ways.

The home of memories

With a capacity of 90,000, it’s the largest sports venue in all of the UK, and the second largest sports venue in Europe. The venue has seen some historical events, including housing the Olympics in 1948, bringing Live Aid to the UK in 1985, and the place where the Lionesses won the Women’s Euros back in 2022 for England. Memories are always being made at Wembley, and our Mystery Visits there have been no different – from Harry Styles and Taylor Swift, to Bruce Springsteen and AC/DC, as well as all the football you could want. However, visits to such a big venue mean a big difference from the restaurants and cafés you may be used to seeing.

What Wembley Stadium Does Differently

The biggest difference you’ll find from other visits is that as a mystery guest, Wembley asks you to visit five different kiosks. This allows a wide range of feedback, and means you as a mystery diner get a real feel for what the customer experience is like as a whole within the stadium. There’s an accreditation process for these visits, which helps the venue with security and allows you access as a mystery guest. Diners are allocated to a certain level, where you can choose which kiosks you’d like to visit in order to fulfil the requirements. Another difference is that these assessments are done then and there – you fill out a survey based on the kiosk you’ve visited, and send it off right away, with an overall summary report to be submitted afterwards. You’re well compensated for your time and effort, though – as well as getting to attend an event at Wembley Stadium for free, you get a set fee of £100 to cover your kiosk costs.
